| Location | Spring Creek, Rockingham County, Virginia. From the Dayton stoplight on Route 42 (John Wayland Highway) head south and go 3.8 miles, through Bridgewater, and turn right onto Route 727 (Spring Creek Road). Then go 3.4 miles and turn right on Route 613 (also named Spring Creek Road). Go a short distance & church/cemetery are on left side of the road. |
| Notes | This church was previously known as Spring Creek Methodist Church. In 1967 J. Robert Swank wrote "There are indications of other graves. The plot is beside the church and is no longer used." |
