| Location | Mauzy area, Rockingham County, Virginia. From Harrisonburg, Virginia, take Route 11 North (Valley Pike) several miles. Go several miles crossing over Interstate 81 and turn right onto Route 608 (Mauzy Anthone Road). Go about a mile to last house on left before crossing Smith Creek. Address on mail box - 727 Mauzy Anthone Road. Cemetery is behind barn in the field. |
| Notes | Not well maintained. Iron fence surrounds the cemetery but has been broken/knocked down by livestock. A big tree has fall across fence and into the cemetery. Notes in remarks column were provided by the D.A.R. in 1960s. Newer notes by the recorder. |
