Tassie Pippert is an Emmy-winning chef, producer, and host of PBS’s Un-Wine’d. She will lead you through three flights of wine and chocolate.
Matt Carothers is the executive chef at Monty’s, Hotel Madison’s restaurant. His honors include winning the Top Chef Harrisonburg title in 2023 and 2024.
